During the Spring Festival holiday, Weifang Culture and Tourism Bureau conscientiously implemented the requirements of the provincial cultural tourism department, the municipal party committee and the municipal government, enriched the holiday cultural tourism on the premise that containing the epidemic, and provided a rich cultural tourism items for the public and tourists. During the 2021 Spring Festival holiday, the 26 tourist attractions monitored by the city received 487000 person-time, with a cumulative operating income of 117 million yuan. According to statistical investigation and calculation, the city received 2.22 million person-time and realized 1.39 billion yuan of tourism income.

01 Online Travel and Interaction

To welcome the Year of the Ox Spring Festival, Weifang City launched the "Ox New Year 2021 Weifang online  Spring Festival" activity. Through the platform to carry out a variety of cultural and tourism services, actively promote high-quality cultural resources and products, enrich people's spiritual and cultural life, show the city's overall success in building a well-off society and people's optimistic, energetic status, so that citizens and tourists can celebrate the Spring Festival in place by enjoying the wonderful activities.

The previous public consumption season has distributed film coupons 300,000 yuan and scenic spot coupons 200,000 yuan to stimulate the holiday culture and tourism consumption, accelerate the construction of a double cycle of development pattern. Qingzhou county launched a series of online activities, such as"Qingzhou Dialect Short Video Competition,Follow ShanNing to Qingzhou. Anqiu county held a series of promotion activities with the theme of "My well-off Life ", and held a Qingyun Mountain Ice Tourism Festival.

On the basis of summer "golden star night ", combined with the theme of New Year of the Ox as well as highlighted the immersive night tour experience, Spring Festival theme "Jinbao Star Night" encores! It became the most popular event of the Spring Festival, Since the night opened on 12 February, A total of 25,000 visitors, Achieve operating income of 1.357 million yuan, Compared with the 2019 Spring Festival, the increase was 58.2% and 87.1% respectively.

Various scenic spots in Shouguang County also have launched various forms of cultural tourism activities, including Judian Lake Scenic area, Polar Ocean World Scenic area launched the ice-snow carnivals to attract a large number of tourists to participate in the ski and related sports. Polar Ocean World also held other activities like guess lantern riddles,  totally received 17,000 visitors and made revenue of 1.594 million yuan. 66.2% and 31.8% higher than the 2019 Spring Festival respectively.

Qingzhou Camel Mountain Ski Resort, Jiangnan Hot Spring Resort, Yunmen Mountain four Seasons Ski Resort, Tianzhi Mountain Scenic area Ice Falls Art Festival launched a series of preferential activities to allow tourists to enjoy the winter fun, Chijian Agricultural Park, Blue Agricultural picking Park and other strawberry picking is widely favored by tourists and citizens.

03  Celebrate Spring Festival in place triggered holiday consumption

Following the national initiation of "stay put during Spring Festival ", the tourism  attraction launched a variety of activities to attract people to stay in place, suburban leisure tourism became most popular.

Linqu launched free admission policy in Yishan scenic area and Laolongwan scenic area to attract migrant workers stay in Linqu.
