During the visiting in Japan, the delegation visited Japan-China Friendship Hall, Tokyo Traditional Arts Museum and other places to exchange and learn the best practices in the development of creative cities, promote Weifang and creative co-construction projects, and discuss the International Artisans Residency Program, a cooperative co-construction project in the field of crafts between the two cities.
During the visit to Korea, the delegation met with the Mayor of Icheon, Ms. Kim Kyong-hui, and participated in the 37th International Ceramic Festival of Icheon. The Weifang delegation had an fruitful discussion with the ceramic association and ceramic masters on the cooperation between the two cities in the field of crafts.
