Ryu Chang-Soo，Consul General of the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Qingdao ;Tomomi Yoshida，Consul General of the Consulate General of Japan in Qingdao ; Hong Tae-ryong，Mayor of Kimhae City of the Republic of Korea ; Dr.Witiya Pittungnapoo, Representative of UNESCO Creative Cities -Sukothai City of Thailand and the regional coordinator of Crafts and Folk art sub-network, Xiao Nan, Deputy Director General of the International Exchange and Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Sun Lei, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Chao Daishuang, research librarian of the National Museum of China and director of the Institute of Ancient Chinese Calligraphy, attended the meeting. Liu Jianjun, Mayor of Weifang, delivered a speech, Yang Jianhua, Minister of Publicity Department attended, and Di Bo, Vice Mayor, presided over the speech.
